Environmental Management

Throughout the mining cycle and closure period, we are responsible for monitoring our impacts on the surrounding environment and making sure we’re meeting the required conditions in a responsible manner.

We use the Mitigation Hierarchy (avoid, minimise, restore, offset, and compensate) to manage the effects from the range of activities on our site, and take the opportunity to make those areas better than before we were there.
